"Coming back to the topic of FIFA 16, well i had chat with EA support, (The normal chat where you can chat with an adviser via. customer support)
they said that the game os does not support the game. he gave me a few links to check mu os status but they were useless as hell.
they say that the game is running fine. also i asked them for a possible fix so they say that the game is fine and its an os issue so a possible fix seems nowhere near. "
I don't really play the game to get good results or proceed in some league, just want to kick around with AI for few minutes (you know, waiting for a train or in police car when being taken to custody after arrest). So it doesn't really bugs me so much after I found few ways to avoid most crashes (single player mode):
- not messing with volume buttons, notification bars, going out of the app
- not touching the screen during those animations that are setting the game - before kick off, free kick, throwing (but skip others: replays and substitutions)
- after last whistle, trying to get out of the match as fast as possible (many crashes and for some reason with 0-3 forfeit)
Principle: don't mess with buttons and bars and don't touch the display during those moments when the game prepares for free kick or kick off. But skip all other animations (replay, substitution, after the last whistle) to shorten the gameplay (less time to crash;)
And I'm finishing 75% of all games. As I am not really interested so much in ending the games as in kicking a ball around for a while, only frustrating thing is restarting a new game. Otherwise nothing really much changed...
iOS update 10.1.1 out and... wait for it.... stopped crashing! There is still some glitch after the last whistle, but all those crashing causes listed above weren't a problem anymore (and hit all those wrong buttons at the wrong time several times more just to test). It was just five games and something went wrong after one match (strange sound, after Home button the app terminated), but looks like it's working fine. So you don't have to play that new sucker soccer anymore;-)
Addition: All right, think I got it. The servers are not so good now and game crashes the moment the EA servers go out (in menus, throughout the match, anytime...). But it doesn't crashes whenever it feels like to or when you touch something it doesn't like. So it should be fine, although might still crash. Just don't throw it out the moment it does...
